Principal

Mr. Webb is a Principal in the financial and risk managment practice, focuses on risk management, including risk analytics and model validations, risk assessment, and related board and management tgraining, financial management, including investment, asset/liability and interest ratge risk management, financial modeling and analysis; design and construction of financial data warehouses; and related regulagtory consulting.

Dr. Webb has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Secura, Dr. Webb was the Director of Financial Planning and Research at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Before that, he was with the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO), the primary regulator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the nation’s secondary mortgage market agencies. While at OFHEO, Dr. Webb assisted in the development of OFHEO’s comprehensive risk-based capital model and OFHEO’s risk based capital regulation.

Dr. Webb received undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Russian Literature from the University of South Florida and MA and PHD degrees from Duke University in Probability Theory.
